What I will say, though, is that i'm getting really sick of crappy tippers. It would be one thing if I gave bad service. I don't. In fact, guests will tell me how good my service was, and then leave a crappy tip. If you can't afford a meal and a tip, go to freakin' McDonald's!
As anyone who has waited tables will tell you, we work for tips. The $2.13 an hour I make doesn't even cover my crappy health insurance. The only way to make money is to get good tips. Now I'm not saying to tip well if you're unhappy with the service, but don't compliment your server and then leave a crappy tip. It's insulting, and I can't use your compliments to pay my rent! :p

2.13? wtf, blood!? now you have to do a whole days work for your old hourly wage :(
you better get hired soon!
btw, we missed you at the river.
I was thinking about the river today. How many rocks did Mix lob?
Yeah, the wage sucks. And it's not tied to the Federal Minimum wage. Which means that, even though the minimum wage goes up next month, we'll stay at $2.13.
no rocks were thrown this time. not many people on the river this time around.
